At Community Integrated Care, learning is more than training – it’s how we enable our colleagues to deliver outstanding support every day. We’re looking for a Learning and Development Administrator to play a vital role in keeping our learning systems, programmes and communications running smoothly.
This is a 12 month fixed term maternity cover contract with attendance at our head office in Widnes at least once a week so the ideal candidate will be based within an hour’s commute of Widnes.

You’ll be at the heart of our Learning and Development function, ensuring activities are administered accurately and professionally.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing Learning and Development communication channels and acting as first‑line support for queries
* Providing administration support for our Learning Management System (LMS)
* Administering leadership and management development activity
* Maintaining accurate supplier records and ensure efficient processing of all financial documentation.
* Supporting the administration of Qualification and Apprenticeship programmes
* Ensuring accurate record keeping and high‑quality documentation at all times
No two days will be the same, and your work will directly support the development of colleagues across the organisation.
You’ll be someone who enjoys supporting others, thrives on organisation and pays great attention to detail. You’ll also bring:
* Strong IT skills, particularly in Outlook, Word and Excel
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* A professional, approachable and customer‑focused attitude
* Experience using a Learning Management System (though full training will be provided)

You’ll either already hold, or be willing to work towards, a Level 2 Business Administration qualification.
