An exciting new position as a BDM has arisen for our client based in Manchester.
This person will work with the Sales Team Leader with a new business brief defined postcode areas.
Our client is looking for an ambitious, tenacious, entrepreneurial, proactive individual, looking for a continued step in sales.
Whilst our client does not expect applicants to have sector experience, a proven sales track record is a pre-requisite.
Training will be provided to help adapt your skills to this role.
Over time they will expect that the successful applicant will develop within the company and specialise their skills.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to grow the companys market share within their postcode area.
BDMs within the company have regularly exceeded OTE and promotional opportunities for proven candidate are very realistic.
Required skills/expectations.
1. Accountable for 2026 personal target within the relevant sector.
2. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives.
3. Comfortable on the phone and able to develop and nurture new customer relationships.
4. Identify leads / opportunities via phone / social media and personal mailers.
