It is a maintained school for children aged 7 to 11 years old, the majority of whom come from Fawbert and Barnards Infants School, a short walk away. You will require patience, flexibility and be committed to helping children develop as independent and confident individuals. It would be desirable, but not essential, that you have experience in this type of role.The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be able to work closely with the class teacher, the SENCo and external advisors.
