Working as an Electronic Monitoring Field Officer for our Electronic Monitoring Service is more than just a job. It’s the chance to be part of something great, join a team where your contributions are valued, and positively impact the communities we serve every day.
We are operational all year round, and due to the nature of the work you will cover a range of shifts including day times, weekends, and bank holidays. Your contractual working week is 37.5 hours on a rolling rota (approx. 10 weeks in advance).

Key Responsibilities
* Visit individuals in their homes to install tagging equipment, working alone or with a Monitoring Support Officer
* Build trust with individuals and reassure them of their safety and the safety of the public
* Help reduce pressure on the prison system and assist ex-prisoners to reintegrate into their communities
* Learn and develop through a two-week initial training course and on-road mentoring
What you need to do the job

* Current valid UK driver’s license
* Reasonably fit with good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to build relationships and rapport with individuals you meet
