provide high-level, proactive support to the CEO and Board, ensuring the smooth running of their office.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, balancing operational excellence with innovative thinking.
We are looking for someone who can manage diaries, logistics, communications, and Board support, serving as a trusted partner and first point of contact for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Executive Support
* Manage complex diaries, scheduling, and prioritisation for the CEO and board.
* Coordinate travel, logistics, expenses, and internal meeting arrangements.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including investors and advisors.
* Greet and manage visitors at Voysey House on behalf of the CEO or board to ensure a seamless and memorable experience
* Ensure seamless preparation and delivery of Board and leadership materials, including agendas, minutes, and briefing packs.
* Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all communications.
Governance & Board Engagement
* Oversee the preparation and timely distribution of Board papers.
* Support the Chair and Non-Executive Directors with administrative needs.
Investor Relations & Communications
* Coordinate investor relations activities, including company results announcements and presentations.
* Liaise with advisors, analysts, and corporate PR to ensure effective external communications.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and aligned messaging.
Culture & Leadership Alignment
* Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the CEO, embodying discretion, judgement, and integrity.

Experience & Skills
* Proven track record as an Executive Assistant role supporting C-suite leaders.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to draft high-quality presentations and correspondence.
* Confident user of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and coordinating meetings using Microsoft teams
* Experience in stakeholder management at Board and investor level.
* Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
