The Role
* Own and manage planning outputs across a defined project area, ensuring alignment with overall programme objectives and delivery milestones.
* Integrate multi‑disciplinary inputs into a coherent, fully linked programme that reflects real delivery sequencing.
* Ensure schedules are logically sound, fully resourced where required, and reflect actual delivery constraints.
* Provide visibility of progress, risks and dependencies to support effective decision‑making.
* Support the continuous improvement of planning standards, tools and outputs across the programme.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain integrated project schedules within Primavera P6, ensuring accuracy and alignment to delivery strategy.
* Coordinate planning inputs across engineering, procurement, logistics and construction teams.
* Analyse progress, identify risks and develop mitigation or recovery plans where required.
* Produce structured reporting outputs, including look‑aheads, progress updates and performance metrics.
* Manage interfaces with contractors and supply chain partners to ensure programme alignment and consistency.
What we’re looking for
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and challenge where required.
* Structured and organised approach to planning and problem‑solving.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities across complex delivery environments.
* Good commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery pressures.
* Collaborative mindset with a focus on team delivery.
Experience & Skills
* Proven experience working on large‑scale infrastructure or construction programmes.
* Strong Primavera P6 capability, including schedule build, logic linking and analysis.
* Understanding of full project lifecycle from design through to construction and commissioning.
* Experience working within multi‑disciplinary delivery environments.
* Degree qualifying or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.

* Full right to work in the UK.
* 2 Days Office / 3 days hybrid.
