About the Role You’ll provide person‑centred support in people’s homes and local communities—helping with daily routines such as meal preparation, medication, household tasks and attending activities that matter to the people you support. Shifts include a mix of daytime hours, with additional sleep‑ins and waking nights. Duties could include: Providing personalised support tailored to individual needs. Offering emotional support and positive encouragement. Completing light household tasks and basic administrative duties. Bringing fresh ideas and helping to improve ways of working. Checking and recording medication stocks and personal finances in line with policy.
