**Company Description

Spilsby Surgery is a rural training and dispensing practice, caring for around 7,500 patients at the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds — an area of outstanding natural beauty.

We are a supportive team of 2 GP Partners, locum GPs, a Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurses, HCAs, Dispensers, and administrative staff. Through our Primary Care Network (PCN), we also work closely with physiotherapists, psychiatric nurses, clinical pharmacists, and health & wellbeing coaches.

We combine innovation and efficiency with a strong sense of teamwork and wellbeing. Weekly meetings, a training ethos, and staff support are central to how we work. Spilsby itself offers excellent schools, affordable housing, and a welcoming community — a great place to live and work.**

Spilsby Surgery also offers annual influenza (flu) vaccinations for patients in 'at risk' groups, as well as vaccinations against pneumonia, shingles, and Hepatitis B for eligible patients.
