Day shift, 36 hrs, Mon‑Fri, 9‑day fortnight (every second Friday off)
As our Packaging & Artwork Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of how printed and packaging components move through the business—making sure every detail is correct, every change is controlled, and every product reaches the market with complete accuracy.
This is NOT a creative role designing artwork for our products. It involves utilising QMS system Veeva to manage artwork changes with printing and packaging components, ensuring accuracy of changes to packaging and components for our products.
You’ll work closely with our Supply Chain Manager and be a key part of the Skipton‑based team, coordinating the entire artwork approval process from start to finish. This includes keeping electronic and paper records up to date, ensuring artwork moves smoothly through the system, and maintaining the templates and PDFs that keep everything consistent.
You’ll also proofread carefully, spot inconsistencies, and manage multiple tasks at once while collaborating with Quality, Production, Regulatory Affairs, and Planning teams to ensure artwork changes are approved on time.
Additionally, you’ll liaise with customers and suppliers, guiding new artwork introductions to be handled in a controlled and compliant way, and manage stock or rejects following correct procedures.
When new products or line extensions enter the business, you’ll support their introduction by coordinating the creation and approval of key documents—from specifications to batch records and formulation sheets. You’ll coordinate trials with the Packing department whenever significant component changes are planned, ensuring everything is tested, understood, and ready for production.
Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, confidence to influence others, background in manufacturing, strong maths, English, and IT skills are essential. Experience in the print industry, familiarity with Oracle systems, or existing product knowledge will be valuable additions.
We provide veterinary professionals with the tools to support animal welfare globally. A true career with real purpose you can proudly shout about. We work across a 9‑day fortnight at our Skipton site, giving longer weekends and a great work‑life balance.
We care deeply about our employees; you’ll have full access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and additional benefits:
