As a Receptionist at Crerar Hotels, are you friendly, efficient, and motivated? We're looking for someone who excels at creating fantastic customer experiences, with a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a strong phone manner. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality service, managing guest enquiries, answering calls, handling daily banking tasks, and working with hotel booking and CRM systems. With a quick learning ability and confidence in upselling the hotel's amenities, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay.

Then you'll love life in Nairn. Our hotel has direct access to an award-winning beach, ideal for a sunset stroll with or without a four-legged friend. (You'll find our staff and guests alike are dog lovers) Golf View offers spectacular scenes over the Moray Firth too, where the local dolphins play.
Away from the beach, the hotel is 20 minutes' walk from the town centre. As the third largest town in the Highlands, Nairn sees its fair share of tourists, but it also has plenty to offer locals. There's a community cinema, supermarkets, local restaurants and Nairn train station, which has direct connections to Inverness and Aberdeen.
