You will be responsible for managing various schools across the area, building relationships with contacts and regularly visiting your clients. This is an active role where you will manage a portfolio of existing schools already utilising our client's services, as well as seeking to onboard new clients.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of schools and build strong relationships with contacts
* Visit clients regularly to ensure service satisfaction and to develop new business opportunities
* Seek to onboard new schools and expand the client base
Requirements:
* At least 12 months’ recruitment experience, ideally within the education sector
* Located in Aberystwyth or within reasonable travelling distance to the office
* Enjoys sales and business development aspects of recruitment
* Confident, driven, and target-oriented
* Excellent communication skills and proactive approach
* Ability to build credibility with clients and develop long-term relationships
* Support of an established compliance department
