About the Role:
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen team, creating exceptional menus, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the kitchen team
Develop innovative menus aligned with guest preferences
Manage food costs and inventory
Maintain health and safety standards
Collaborate with management to enhance guest satisfaction
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef ready to step up
Strong leadership and communication skills
