We’re currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established organisation operating across multiple sites globally. With a strong track record of stability and growth, they are looking to strengthen their finance function with the addition of a senior-level appointment.
Role Overview
This is a broad and varied finance leadership role combining both strategic and operational responsibilities. You will play a key role in supporting business performance, maintaining financial control, and contributing to ongoing growth initiatives.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll provide financial insight, ensure accurate reporting, and help drive efficiencies across the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities across the business
• Ensuring financial controls and processes are maintained and improved
• Producing and reviewing financial reports on a regular basis
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to support decision-making
• Overseeing compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Contributing to business planning and ongoing strategic projects
• Reviewing costs and supporting efficiency initiatives where possible
About You
We’re looking for a well-rounded finance professional who is comfortable balancing hands-on financial responsibilities with strategic input.
Requirements:
• Fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
• Strong experience within a senior finance or management accounting role
• Experience working in multi-entity or complex business structures
• Confident working with financial data, reporting, and analysis
