Hygiene Operative

⏰ Hours: 4am - 12pm (6am - 4pm initial training)

We are currently recruiting a Hygiene Operative to join our busy horticulture manufacturing site. This is a key role responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across production areas, helping to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cleaning and sanitising production areas, machinery, and equipment
* Removing plant waste safely and efficiently
* Following site hygiene schedules and procedures
* Safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training provided)
* Completing hygiene records and reporting any issues
* Adhering to Health & Safety and environmental standards at all times
About You:
* Reliable, hardworking, and detail-focused
* Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
* Previous factory, cleaning, or horticulture experience is an advantage but not essential
