About this role:

As a Branch Manager with Dawsongroup, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day operation of a busy branch, making sure customers receive a smooth, reliable service while your team feel supported and confident in their roles.
What you’ll do
* Oversee the branch with a steady focus on customer relationships, operational quality and commercial success.
* Lead and mentor your team, creating a safe, positive environment where people can do their best work.
* Work closely with colleagues across sales, compliance and fleet to give customers a straightforward hire experience from start to finish.

* Confidence guiding a small team and supporting their development.
* Comfort in a customer‑facing setting and an interest in building lasting partnerships.
* A practical approach to managing processes, juggling priorities and keeping administration accurate.
* A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
* Experience in rental, transport, automotive or commercial vehicles is helpful, but not essential.
