We're on the lookout for a Kitchen Assistant who can also work on the bar to help deliver our new Asian street food menu.
What We're Looking For:
* Kitchen Skills: Food prep, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring high food safety standards.
* Bar Skills: Confidently prepare and serve drinks, while providing exceptional customer service and keeping everywhere clean and tidy
* Team Player: Work seamlessly with the kitchen, bar, and floor staff to create a smooth customer experience.
* Quick Learner: Adapt to our menu and bar offerings, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
* Attention to Detail: Ensure dishes and drinks meet presentation and taste standards.
What You'll Do:
* Prepare and cook our Asian street food dishes.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen/bar areas.
* Prepare and serve drinks.
* Engage with customers in the venue, providing a friendly and welcoming experience.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during service.
Skills & Experience:
* Prior kitchen or bar experience is a plus, but not essential – full training will be given to the right candidate.
* Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
* A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
