âś… Accurately input data into bespoke software
âś… Provide excellent customer service, resolving queries with care
What we're looking for – Night Shift Inbound Customer Service Advisor:
âś… Great customer service skills (retail, hospitality, office, or call centre experience welcome!)
âś… Confident IT user
âś… Ability to handle challenging conversations
No call centre experience? No problem! Full training and ongoing support provided.
Shifts for Night Shift Inbound Customer Service Advisor:
⏰ Ad-Hoc PT/FT – FT is 37.5 hours per week
📅 Night shift pattern likely to be 8pm – 8am (hours TBC, Monday–Sunday on rotation)
