Chef de Partie– Airline Catering

Pay Rate: £14.73 per hour
What You’ll Do
*
Preparing, cooking and presenting a range of dishes
*
Participate in food presentations for our airline customers
*
Maintaining a clean and safe workstation
*
Working in a manner that promotes good health and safety practices
*
Working as part of a team in a customer centric environment
*
You will also be required to undertake some manual handling/bending and reaching as part of your normal duties
Please note: duties may include other tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For
*
Either City & Guilds 706/1 or 2 or NVQ Level 1 or 2
*
Previous catering experience as a Chef
*
Fully knife trained
*
To be very familiar with authentic and conventional, as well as contemporary ingredients, with a detailed knowledge of, and experience in, preparing different cuisines
*
Ability to work on a shift basis including evenings and weekends, with some manual handling/bending and reaching
