Senior Property Litigation Solicitor/CILEX – ideally at least 8 years PQE, Surrey £65-80K dep on PQE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced litigator with a strong background in property disputes to join a busy and dynamic team. This role will suit a motivated UK‑qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with in‑depth knowledge of residential landlord and tenant law, acting for a mixture of both landlord and tenant clients.
Supervision and team development will be a key part of this position, so strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Handling all aspects of residential lease extensions, enfranchisement, and possession proceedings, including recovery of rent arrears, variation of leases, buying/selling of freehold revisions, right to manage, right of first refusal, and advising on service charges and breaches.

UK‑qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a proven track record in property litigation.
Strong client service, billing, and fee recovery record.
Strong mentoring and training skills
Excellent IT and case management/database skills.
Knowledge of KYC/AML regulations.
A collaborative, team‑focused approach with strong mentoring and training abilities.
