Working as part of themercial team, you will contribute to the effective delivery on a mix of prestigious local contracts within a Measured Term Contract agreement, from the Public Sector Authority Schedule of Rates.As a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor you will providemercial support, specific to mechanical works, to the operational teams, delivering planned & reactive maintenance and minor works projects across a number of contracts throughout Northern Ireland. You wille from a mechanical trades background and have quantity surveying experience, specifically on the MTC form contract. ORYou will have a Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying or a similar construction discipline with experience of working for a maintenance contractor on mechanical building services works.It is essential that you have good knowledge of Measured Term Form of Contract and the PSA Schedule of Rates.You will need to possess excellentmunication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.What you'll get in return
