Assistant Manager role: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the team reflects brand values in all interactions. Manage the store operations and support the Store Manager. Shares strong product knowledge with the sales team to enhance expertise. Conducts ongoing market research and competitor analysis. Ensures consistent delivery of excellent customer service by all team members. Supports and motivates Retail Associates to achieve store goals. Assists in developing and executing business plans to drive performance and growth. Monitors sales performance and provides regular coaching and feedback. Builds customer loyalty through a standout in-store experience.
