As aFrontofHouseTeamMember / Receptionistatour gym, you’ll bring greatcommunicationskills, both face-to-face and overthe phone. You’re flexible, motivated and you show plenty of initiative. You also have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
As a Member oftheFrontofHouseTeam/ Receptionist, you will:
1. Provide exceptional and efficientcustomer serviceto everyone who visits our club
2. Supportthe smooth running of our receptionand café areas
3. Help us create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment
4. Give a warm welcome, answering queries ina caring and helpful way, making sure everyone feels valued
5. Supportthe caféteam, with preparing and serving fresh, healthy andnutritional food and drinks
6. Be ableto swimto a high standard and be willingto undergotraining atsite, dueto coveringLifeguard breaks
