The Post:
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Human Resources function for a People Systems & Performance Administrator to join our team.
To provide administrative support in the implementation of HR Systems and reporting, with focus on the management functions of the system to control access, monitor the quality of data, update and maintain the configuration of components. To provide first line user support for system queries and training in the use of the eRostering system and integrated workforce systems.
Maintaining Workforce Information across the HR Systems, processing joiners, movers and leaver requests, including updating employee and line manager information including relevant contractual changes.
The Candidate:
You should have excellent communication and interpersonal be enthusiastic and motivated and able to interact with staff at all levels. The postholder will be working in a small but supportive and dynamic team and must be committed to the delivery of excellence.
IT and system skills are essential as the postholder will be an expert user of the HR System. Attention to detail is an important element of the role. The postholder will be required to use Excel, MS Teams and other systems pertinent to the work of the team.
You should have sound knowledge and experience of working within a multi-system interface environment and to be able to relate to operational dependencies of systems, e.g. structures, access rights, etc, ideally specifically those within a HR environment.
You will work within a high volume area and the ability to manage your workload, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality are key for this role.
Location and Working Pattern:
Gyle Square, Edinburgh or Delta House, Glasgow.
Currently hybrid working.
Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
It is a condition of this employment that you must live and remain a resident within the UK for the post in which you will be employed with NSS.
