As part of our friendly and experienced marketing team, you’ll play a key role in promoting our holidays online, creating engaging digital content, and supporting marketing campaigns across social media, email, and our website. You’ll gain hands-on experience with real campaigns and learn how to use industry tools. Keep track of how marketing campaigns are doing and make changes to improve results. Help manage budgets by checking costs and making sure campaigns stay within limits. Update website pages, blogs, and social media posts using tools like WordPress and Meta Business Suite. Create images, emails, and written materials using Canva and Microsoft Office. Support both online and offline marketing, such as email campaigns, social media posts, and printed materials. Use platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok to share and promote content. Work with other teams and suppliers to make sure marketing tasks are completed on time. Help the business grow by improving brand awareness, customer engagement, and keeping data organised. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships. This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
