You’ll have the unique opportunity to shape learning environments by providing high-quality furniture solutions to schools. As an integral part of our team, you’ll develop and manage relationships with educational institutions, contributing to the creation of inspiring spaces where students can thrive.
What You’ll Do
* Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing school clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring satisfaction.
* Sales Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand our customer base within the education sector.
* Consultation & Customisation: Provide tailored furniture solutions by consulting with school stakeholders to address classroom, library, staff room, and outdoor space requirements.
* Project Coordination: Work closely with the project management and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation of furniture.
* Quoting & Proposals: Prepare quotes and proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements and align with company offerings.
* Research: Stay informed about trends in school furniture and educational environments to recommend innovative solutions.
* CRM Management: Accurately record sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing client queries and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
* Collaboration: Partner with branch colleagues, including Business Development Leaders, to achieve team goals.

What We’re Looking For

* Excellent Communicator: Confidently engage with educators, school administrators, and other stakeholders.
* Team Player: Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Development Leaders, and Logistics Experts to deliver seamless results.
* Proven Sales Experience: Previous account management experience in school or commercial furniture sales is highly desirable.
