We invite you to join us on this exciting journey and drive your career forward.Job SummaryYou will join a team of compiler experts located in Cambridge and global locations to develop LLVM compiler and libraries. You will learn to resolve real-world server, HPC and ML compiler problems by analyzing performance issues on xPUs, applying state of art optimizations, debugging the compilation procedure and present the result. You will be encourage to solve problem in innovative ways. You will work in a diversified team with different culture background but share common goals. Your contribution can be up-streamed to open source communities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop LLVM\/MLIR based compilers:Optimize compiler for server, HPC and ML workloadsUsing compiler to automatically generate optimized operatorsUse AI technology to help compiler optimizeDesign & implement optimization for xPU architecturesAnalyze performance of compiler generated codeCo-design with xPU architecture teamsPerson SpecificationList details of Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications needed to do the job:Required:Passionate to develop compilerAdvanced C\/C++ programming skillsBasic knowledge of CPU architectureDesired:BSc\/MSc\/MSci in CSExperience of contributing to open source projectsGood at self-learning, courageous to explore new things, strong in practical skillsGood communication skills and teamworkWhat we offerAssign with an industry expert as MentorFixed term employment contract up to two years33 days annual leave entitlement per year (including UK public holidays)Group Personal PensionEmployee Assistance ProgrammeLife insuranceCorporate social events
