ROLE PURPOSE
To process sales orders efficiently, accurately, and quickly, maximizing approvals and minimizing delays.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage process with efficiency, accuracy, and diligence.
2. Enter customer data into the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
3. Follow GDPR procedures to ensure compliance.
4. Ensure all customer information is received and entered promptly and accurately.
5. Liaise with customers to request and submit supplementary documentation timely and accurately to prevent delays.
6. Enter customer data from the finance system into the funder systems.
7. Notify customers of their application outcome, coordinate with Sales Executives to order vehicles upon positive outcome, and liaise with suppliers/dealers, complying with GDPR at all times.
8. Ensure seamless communication flow between customers, the company, and funders to minimize delays.
9. Hand over to Customer Service team once customer credit acceptance is confirmed.
