Description/Job Summary
The Pitch Manager works closely with the Director of Business Development, Client Development and Engagement Managers, and Partners to support pitches across all practice groups, including panel RFPs. As a key day-to-day resource for pitches and proposals, the Pitch Manager is responsible for developing the pitch strategies, shaping compelling proposals and improving processes to maximise success rates. They will also coordinate projects and lead the implementation of pitch frameworks, ensuring alignment with the Firm’s key strategic priorities and supporting consistent, growth-driven outcomes.
