Managing Quantity Surveyor – Net Zero Teesside (NZT)

Location: We offer hybrid working with a choice of base office in either Leeds or Newcastle, alongside regular travel to our Redcar site office.

What you'll be doing
* Measure, record and value work unsupervised in accordance with appropriate rules and procedures
* Compose applications for payment, data assurance/analysis and final account procedures
* Use and manage project accounting systems, monitor costs, and produce cost vs value reconciliations
* Review programmes of works and plan commercial activities to meet the requirements of programmes
* End‑to‑end supplier procurement, supply chain management, contract administration and value for money assurance
* Actively identify, communicate and manage risk in collaboration with the project team
* Support the development of other team members and provide professional guidance
* Hold or be working towards professional membership from the RICS or equivalent

* BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
