The Role
As Design Manager, you will oversee the full design process for bespoke residential homes and small-scale developments, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
You will lead a small team of Designers and Technicians, working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and internal manufacturing and construction teams to translate client visions into thoughtful, buildable solutions. xxuwjjq
This is a full-time, office-based position in East Grinstead.

Oversee production of drawings from concept and planning through to Building Control and Technical Construction stages
