Store Supervisor – Part Time, Permanent – Warwicks
We are looking for a Store Supervisor to join our team in Warwicks. The role is part-time, permanent and requires 18 hours per week with flexibility throughout the week. The supervisor will support the Store Manager and run the store in their absence, ensuring excellent service and a well-presented shop floor.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Ensure every customer receives first‑class service with a warm, friendly and helpful approach.
* Coach and support the team to uphold the same high customer service standard.
* Work in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
* Maintain the shop floor appearance at all times.
What We’re Looking For
* Someone who takes pride in what they do.
* Retail management or supervisory experience, desirable.
* Flexibility – availability will be discussed during the interview.
