We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Business Analyst
In this role, you will:
· Work closely with client facing Product Managers, Asset Owners, Operations & IT stakeholders to stitch the journey between Client Product offering to Internal IT assets
· Build a clear understanding of our Lines of Business Payments strategy
· Organise and lead meetings with the key stakeholders and partners to review user requirements with full traceability and define appropriate approach to any functional change
· Maximise re use, standardisation and simplification of our payments infrastructure offering across lines of business and drive synergies across multiple initiatives to gain efficiencies where possible
· Coordinate defect triage, tracking and resolution efforts with all concerned parties
· Work closely with vendor where applicable, to ensure delivery timescales are not missed and there are no/ minimal costs overruns
· Support operational readiness activities
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
· Excellent understanding of E2E payment journeys from the point of client initiation to clearing and settlement, across multiple geographies and scheme types
· Experience working in a product management function, and demonstrate excellent understanding of client facing payments products
· Have a strong understanding of payment operations
· Highly experienced in working in technology payment change projects
· Excellent Stakeholder management across a complex environment
· The base location for this role will be UK based with hybrid working
