What will you be doing?
As a Business Development Representative, you will identify, qualify and book new business opportunities with health and safety professionals. You will need to speak fluent French and English for the BDR role.
Offering business critical software to ensure compliance is met within the workplace, you will look to help win contracts that can exceed £150k. Progression is highly encouraged within this company and they prefer to promote within, seeing roles such as Senior BDR, Account Executive or a variety or other routes as potential growth opportunities!

As a Graduate Business Development Representative, the package you willreceiveis:
14. £28,000 base salary
15. £40,000 OTE

First 6 months

24. Develop relationships with health and safety professionals
25. Prospect potential customers via phone, email, social media to set up discovery demos
26. Learn from more senior colleagues
Next 6-12 months
27. Start to consistently meet or exceed your targets each week/month
28. Share your opinions and insights with sales leadership - you'll be the one speaking with future customers all day!
29. Begin to learn and understand the full sales process
30. Further develop a relationship with more senior sales colleagues to gain an understanding of the potential next step in your career
