The role In this dynamic role, youll be at the heart of cases that matter. Youll work closely with expert solicitors on claims involving unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, wage disputes, holiday pay, redundancy, breach of contract, and discrimination under Northern Irelands equality laws. From early client contact and legal research to preparing documentation and tribunal bundles, youll contribute directly to achieving justice for working people. This is hands-on, meaningful work where youll develop real litigation experience attending tribunals, supporting counsel, preparing cases, drafting statements, and managing your own work under supportive supervision.
