Key Responsibilities
* Lead and advise on a wide range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, sickness absence, flexible working, and reasonable adjustment cases.
* Provide clear HR guidance and coaching to managers and staff at all levels.
* Advise on HR policies and processes relating to recruitment, redeployment, and terms and conditions.
* Develop expertise in TUPE, organisational change, and employment‑related processes.
* Support People Relations and Business Partner teams with organisational change and project work.
* Maintain accurate HR records, systems, and case management documentation.
* Identify and escalated high‑risk or complex issues where appropriate.
* Contribute to training delivery and wider People team initiatives.
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience managing employee relations and a range of HR‑related activities.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and experience working within a regulated environment.
* CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent HR experience.
* Demonstrated ability to coach, support, and advise managers and employees effectively.
* Commitment to continuous professional development.
* Experience handling complex employee relations matters and supporting HR teams.
