We have an exciting new role for a Customer Relations Manager based at our clients luxury retirement living and care home complex in south London.
As an experienced sales and business development professional who thrives on meeting & exceeding revenue targets, you will promote this superb facility through community relationships, events, and PR, ensuring a high level of customer service for each enquiry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve targets for resident occupancy and average weekly fee.
2. Promote the care home and drive enquiries through events, sponsorships, and PR.
3. Communicate accurate information to prospective clients about our facilities, services, and prices.
4. Monitor competitor landscape and identify market opportunities.
5. Complete all required reports accurately and on time.
What We're Looking For:
1. Background of sales in retirement living or care home sales
2. Consultative sales approach.
3. Self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic.
4. Collaborative, sharing ideas and information.
5. Highly organised, managing multiple priorities.
