The role
You’ll work across a range of B2B accounts delivering everything from advertising campaigns and brand projects to strategy, digital, research, content, exhibitions, and printed work. It’s busy, collaborative, and rarely dull.
This is a proper agency role. Client facing, fast moving and varied. One day you might be helping shape the direction of a campaign, the next briefing creatives, managing timelines, juggling projects or talking through ideas with a client who values your input. In short: you’ll be right in the middle of the action. You’ll also dig into data and competitive insight, push conversations in the right direction, and champion work that raises the bar.
You’ll be building strong, trusted relationships with clients, managing projects from brief through to delivery (and everything in between), keeping campaigns on track — timings, budgets, expectations & understanding what clients actually need, not just what they ask for. You’ll work closely with strategists, creatives and the wider team to bring ideas to life, and these people are at the top of their game.
What we’re after
We’re looking for someone who has solid experience in B2B marketing, ideally within an agency environment, who understands that great account management is equal parts organisation, curiosity and good judgement. Someone who can keep projects moving, build strong relationships and spot opportunities to push work further.
B2B or technology experience would be useful, but it’s not essential. What matters more is attitude. They’ve built a team of smart, grounded people who enjoy what they do and support each other to do great work. No egos, no politics, just good people doing good work for clients who trust us.
