You will work as part of a team to keep children safe and well by using your clinical judgment to support evidence-based care planning and ensure that children and families (adults) who use our services have a positive experience.

* Completing HCP mandated reviews, packages of care, and safeguarding.
* Supporting in the supervision/line management and development of colleagues
* Undertaking a range of competent clinical and non-clinical interventions to support the outcomes for families and the service
* Attending and contributing to team meetings
