We are seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to join our teams at Archie Brothers and Holey Moley in Christchurch. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, driven by fun, and eager to create memorable experiences.

What You'll Do
* Lead with energy, motivating your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Drive revenue through shift management, upselling, and exceeding guest expectations
* Transform venues into exciting and engaging destinations
* Support and develop your team of customer service, bartending, and hosting professionals
* Manage operations including rosters, training, P&L, and forecasting
* Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture
* Develop your skills and those of your team in a vibrant entertainment venue
What You've Got
* At least 1 year of people management experience
* Availability to work nights and weekends
* A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
* Experience in revenue management during shifts
* Proactive attitude with a sense of urgency and positivity
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
* Problem-solving skills and adaptability
* Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
* Motivation to grow and contribute to business success
