About the Role “Early Years Practitioner Norwich”
As an Early Years Practitioner or Nursery Assistant, you’ll help provide a caring, engaging, and stimulating environment where children feel happy, safe, and eager to learn. You’ll play a vital role in their early development and support play-based learning, build strong relationships, and ensure every child receives the best possible start.
Key Responsibilities for the Early Years Practitioner Norwich include:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity and growth
* Create a nurturing and inclusive space for all children
* Build positive connections with families, colleagues, and the wider nursery community
* Encourage exploration through indoor and outdoor play

Ideal candidate for this Nursery Assistant role:
* Experience working or volunteering with young children (desirable but not essential)
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (desirable but not essential)
* Aged 17 or over (to meet Ofsted requirements)
* Adaptable, friendly, and able to work across different nursery settings in Norwich
