The role
As a Performance and Compliance Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This is a high-impact leadership position that blends strategic oversight with hands-on involvement. You'll have broad visibility across key delivery areas, including estate and facilities management, training, construction initiatives, and technical services.
Day-to-day, you’ll lead the charge on contract performance, ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements, and spearhead continuous improvement across a diverse and multifaceted contract.
1. Monitor, manage and report on contract performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) whilst leading the development and implementation of systems and processes to support continuous improvement
2. Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and contractual maintenance requirements
3. Manage contract master data including asset data and maintenance schedules
4. Support the development of budgets and forecasts in collaboration with Finance and Commercial teams
5. Lead and support change management and staff development initiatives
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office/onsite and days working from home along with travel to Minley and Bicester.
Essential experience of the Performance and Compliance Manager:
6. Proven track record of service delivery across a wide range of activities
7. Experience managing at a leadership level within Hard Facilities Management or similar environments
8. Strong understanding of contract financial management and performance reporting
9. Experience with ISO standards particularly in quality and environmental management
10. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Qualifications for the Performance and Compliance Manager:
11. Degree educated and professionally qualified ideally with chartered status
