Role: 1st / 2nd line support

Salary: £30K PA
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for support issues by creating, updating, and monitoring user tickets using our E‑Ticketing System
* Assist end users with issues and provide “how to” advice for our systems
* Install and support software and hardware, including workstation imaging and deployment
* Maintain IT asset register
* Manage SLA and KPI – ensure tickets are prioritised and assigned accordingly with users kept informed of progress
* Ensure department procedures are followed at all times
* Experience with Intune is preferable
