Graphic Designer & Content Creator
Retail | Hands-on | Creative & Commercial
We’re looking for a talented designer to join our growing retail business and play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up across every customer touchpoint.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and our Managing Director to deliver creative that supports e-commerce, promotions, campaigns and social media content. You’ll have real ownership, variety in your work, and the opportunity to help evolve our visual identity as the business grows.
Salary: £30k-£35k based on experience
Interaction with our team, products, workshop and vehicle projects is required. Therefore, this is an on-site full-time role, located in Stockport SK4.
What you'll be doing
* Designing high-quality creative across e-commerce, digital, social media and print
* Supporting retail campaigns, promotions, and product launches
* Applying and protecting brand consistency across all outputs
* Collaborating closely with marketing to bring ideas and briefs to life
* Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a busy retail environment
* Creating and maintaining templates and design systems to improve efficiency
* Preparing digital assets and print-ready artwork
* Planning, filming and editing high-quality videos and photography for social media
What we're looking for
* Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in a similar role
* Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects etc)
* Experience with filming and editing video for social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
* Strong understanding of visual storytelling
* Confidence designing for both digital and print
* Exceptional attention to detail and time management
* A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
* Retail or promotional design experience
* An enthusiasm for cars and performance parts is a plus
* UK driving license (for attending events)
* Must be happy to work on-site 5 days a week
