* Lead the implementation of a strategy that enables Primary Care Doncaster to deliver the opportunities indicated in the NHS 10 Year Health Plan
* Provide leadership across Doncaster for the development of ambitious and thriving neighbourhood services
* Lead the renewal of our relationship with member practices through this period of opportunity
* Provide visible, confident, and compassionate leadership across the business

Primary Care Doncaster (PCD) Ltd is developing a wide range of services to support general practice across the city and is exploring innovative ways to develop its workforce, due to interest from a significant number of GP practices and Networks within the city.
