Key Duties
* Processing internal and external purchase orders and maintaining accurate, up-to-date internal order tracking databases
* Daily management of multiple shared mailboxes
* Liaising with suppliers, Project Managers, and the Goods In department regarding order queries, deliveries, and updates
* Managing international deliveries, working closely with suppliers, couriers, and customs agents to ensure smooth delivery processes and accurate, compliant customs records
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, responding promptly and professionally
* Setting up and amending new and existing job records
* Creating RAMS and Operation & Maintenance manuals for projects
* Providing flexible administrative support across the team and assisting with projects and wider business operations when required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
1. A minimum of 2 years previous administration experience (essential)
