This is what youll be doing
As an Account Manager, youll take ownership of customer relationships and play a key role in driving both customer satisfaction and commercial growth.
* Managing a portfolio of existing B2B customers, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring a high standard of service throughout the customer lifecycle
* Building strong, long-term relationships by understanding customer needs, industry challenges, and technical requirements
* Identifying opportunities to grow accounts through new projects, upselling, and cross-selling relevant products or services
* Working closely with internal teams such as engineering, production, and supply chain to ensure customer requirements are delivered accurately and on time
* Supporting commercial activity including quotations, pricing discussions, forecasting, and general account planning
