With the platform covering boilers, air conditioning, solar panels, battery storage,heat pumps and EV chargers, Zuno is supporting smarter homes, skilled jobs, andthe UK’s transition to energy efficient living.
Role Overview
Zuno is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to lead on developing andimplementing the multi-channel strategy covering three key pillars:
1. Raising awareness of the overall Zuno brand
2. Growing the network of tradespeople signed up to, and actively taking jobsfrom, the Zuno platform
3. Raise awareness and customer base for the Zuno Store
This is a position that will give the right person the opportunity to take ownership of agrowing B2B brand and play an integral role in its success.
Responsibilities
* You’ll own all aspects of campaigns, from briefing to evaluation, and will workwith the wider team to develop assets that bring the brand to life across thefull marketing funnel.
* Work with the Senior Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing, EngineerEngagement team and members of Senior Leadership to understandbusiness requirements and develop the marketing strategy for Zuno.
* Work with Product & Development team to scope, build and implement improvements to the user journey across key touchpoints including in-app and automated email, as well as build the comms plan aligning to the roadmap for app improvements and new feature releases.
* Plan, implement, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, includingemail, website, social media and events, with consideration of the role ofwhere ATL channels such as TV, radio and sponsorship may be appropriate.
* Use your knowledge of user journeys to build an effective automatedonboarding journey ensure we’re utilising all relevant touchpoints to keep ourengineer database engaged and the Zuno brand top of mind.
* Ensure campaigns and activity have clear objectives, with the right levels oftracking in-place to ensure campaigns are monitored and evaluated, allowingfor adjustments (e.g. in focus/spend) if required.
* Support the Engineer Engagement team with communications for businessupdates and process changes, where required.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
* 5+ years’ experience in marketing
* Experience working closely with Marketing, Sales, Software,Development andOperational teams
