Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school located just north of Salisbury, who are seeking an inspiring and passionate Class Teacher to join their dedicated team from September 2026.
The Role:
As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum, ensuring pupils are motivated, challenged and supported to make strong progress. The school is looking for someone who brings energy, creativity and commitment to the classroom.

Be committed to becoming a truly excellent classroom practitioner
Deliver engaging lessons that motivate, inspire and raise attainment
Plan and deliver sequences of lessons to a high standard, ensuring clear progress in learning
Demonstrate good knowledge and understanding of current initiatives within the Primary Curriculum
Challenge pupils to achieve their best and support high levels of attainment
Be a positive and effective team member who contributes to the wider school community
Have a cheerful, positive outlook with a good sense of humour
Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and families
Be able to remain calm and organised when working under pressure
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one through Teaching Personnel
Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
