Required for Monday 13 April, 2026. As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching that inspires and challenges all pupils, ensuring progress and attainment in line with the Teachers Standards. This includes planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing and monitoring pupil achievement, and adapting teaching to meet diverse needs. You will promote good behaviour and a safe learning environment, demonstrate strong subject knowledge, and contribute to the wider life of the school. Upholding professional responsibilities, maintaining positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues, and engaging in continuous professional development are central to the role. Essential: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - position suitable for ECTs Commitment to raising standards and improving outcomes for all pupils Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Desirable: Experience in [specific phase or subject, e.g., KS2 or phonics] Willingness to lead a subject area or take on additional responsibilities.
