3. Liaise with suppliers to source and secure hospitality packages for clients.
4. Track and monitor stock levels to ensure the continuous availability of packages.
5. Provide administrative support to the Purchasing Team, assisting with accurate record-keeping of supplier agreements and stock.
6. Communicate effectively within the team to streamline processes and ensure smooth procurement operations.
7. Handle financial data in line with information security policies, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
8. Follow role-based access controls and maintain secure records in accounting systems.
9. Adhere to secure data handling, storage, and disposal practices.
10. Report security incidents or anomalies promptly.
11. Participate in annual information security and fraud awareness training
